Panorama Virtual Reality Short Film by Mike Sadowitz

VR SHORT

One magical night, six college students trade romantic partners resulting in an all-out brawl, drug binge, and loss of virginity. The intimacy fostered by the use of a virtual reality camera earned Mike a spot in NYU’s Gallatin Arts Festival as the only VR thesis film.

LOMACHENKO VS. SOSA HBO BOXING

Mike partnered with Google to bring HBO Sports its first ever stereoscopic VR experience, putting fans front and center inside the locker room as three time Olympian gold medalist Lomachenko got his hands taped, sat through press interviews, and destroyed Jason Sosa. As blood literally spilled onto the lens of the camera, a viewer could turn around and see a child cheering from his father’s shoulders — an experience only made possible with a 360 immersive camera system.

Wedding Virtual Reality Film by Mike Sadowitz

WEDDING DAY

“Being able to relive your most happiest moment in virtual reality is more valuable than you could imagine. Since Mike’s camera was capturing the whole 360-degree environment, I got to re-watch it multiple times and focus on different people’s conversations, seeing what everybody else saw while I was cutting the cake or fixing my hair. I really feel like I was more present in the virtual reality version than I was at the actual party.” -Dana Clark
